Hey!!! I'm celebrating my 23rd birthday today!!! Oh my! I've been waiting for this day talaga para makanta ko na ang all time favorite song ko ng Plumb, yung Real! The lyrics goes, Look at me, I'm 23, Beautiful, A sight to see tonight! When I first heard it 7 years ago, I knew this is going to be my song! Kakatahin ko to at the top of my lungs on my 23rd birthday - kahit na I sing it all the time anyway , iba pa rin on the day itself! And so I did!
It's been an amazing 23 years for me! I cannot believe I'm a full blown adult now! My journey so far taught me some of life's greatest lessons! Please allow me to share some, sige na! Haha!
I always say this, life is always what you make it. All that I am, is more or less a concoction of bitter sweet experiences God gave me - He shaped me to be the person I am now. So, Thank You God! You are so the best! A big part of who I am came from the people that surrounds me. Another thing this life taught me is to surround myself with people smarter than me. From them, I learn and draw my strength. I always believe that a reliable friend is always cheaper than a therapy. Lalo na ang dami kong issues minsan! A friend who listens always makes you feel you're never alone. It's always nice to know that you have people on your speed dial that will never fail you. I guess it's safe to say that I have the best friends in the planet!!!!
My family has always been my support group - I had to learn this lesson the hard way. Our family grew closer when my parents moved to Canada. Yes, that's the irony of distance. Our family managed to keep our communication lines open even where miles apart! I never missed a day without telling them how much I love them! I love my family next to God. They are my inspiration. Once my mom told me, I will do something great - I have always kept that in mind.

I know God is still busy writing my love story, pero in my heart of hearts, it will all lead me back to my song's lyrics, Aren't I lovely and do you want me, 'cause I am hungry for something that will make me real. Can you see me and do you love me, 'cause I desperately searching for something real. Aww. (ayaw tigilan ang kanta!) Desperate much? Haha! Pero yun nga, feel free to tell me, if you like me, baka like din kita! Hahaha! :))
Today is the first day of the rest of my life! Let's kick some butt! Haha! Thank You guys for your warm greetings and well wishes! I appreciate everything, from facebook, twitter, here and other media, and those greeted me personally, Salamat talaga, lampas langit! And above all, Thank You Lord, for another amazing year!
